Services
CTDI currently provides Call Center
services on behalf of many of our global customers from our
Nashville, TN SRC. CTDI operates 5 mini Global Call Centers in
this facility. Each CTDI Call Center is capable of handling
phone, fax, EDI, mail-in and web-based orders, in addition to
providing technical support and customer follow-up. Hours of
operation 7:00AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday thru Friday with
well-established 24 x 7x 365 after-hours and on-call support
processes. This multi-lingual environment is staffed with 30
trained Customer Service Reps (CSRs) that handle a variety of
inventory/maintenance programs, technologies and order types, as
well as order tracking and management via our web-based e.Business
tool, ETOS. Established performance metrics managed and
measured to assure we adhere to our stringent customer satisfaction
standards.
