Field
Installation Technicians
We are seeking both entry level and experienced (Level
1 – 4) candidates who will be responsible for installing
telecommunications equipment into Central Offices. Qualified
candidates will have a strong electro-mechanical aptitude, good
manual dexterity, the ability to run and terminate cables, read
simple electrical and mechanical drawings, and operate hand and
power tools.
***A sign-on bonus is
available to Level 3 & 4 Field Installation Technicians who can demonstrate Lead experience.***
Telecommunications
Equipment Engineers
We are seeking entry
level and experienced candidates who will be responsible for
developing the specifications for the installation of
telecommunications equipment into Central Offices. Duties will
include: interfacing with customer representatives, performing site
surveys, writing installation specifications, detailing material
requirements, performing material and labor cost analysis, and
providing engineering field support. Qualified candidates will have
a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or are
working towards the completion of such; excellent organizational
skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong PC
skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Field Operations Supervisors
We are seeking experienced candidates who will be
responsible for the direct supervision of Field Installation
Technicians (FITs) and overseeing all aspects of network equipment
installation projects. Duties will include: interfacing with
customer representatives; scheduling and coordination of FITs;
assisting with logistical support for tools and materials; ensuring
all jobs conform to customer and CTDI quality requirements.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years supervisory
experience of field operations; demonstrated success managing
multiple projects simultaneously; excellent organizational skills;
excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others;
excellent written and verbal communication skills; and strong PC
skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Project Managers
We are seeking experienced candidates who will be responsible
for managing the entire project lifecycle surrounding the deployment
of data and telecommunications network equipment. Qualified
candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing
network deployment activities; demonstrated experience working
autonomously; demonstrated project level P&L experience including
budget development and execution against the budget; ability to
multitask; demonstrated ability to analyze problems and implement
solutions; strong understanding of business strategies with the
ability to meet customer objectives; excellent written and verbal
communication skills; strong computer skills; and a Bachelor’s
degree in a related field. Experience in the telecommunications
industry and/or PMP certification is a plus.
