Jerry
Parsons
Chairman & CEO
Following his graduation
from Penn State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in
1975, Jerry Parsons joined his father, Donald, and his brother, Richard,
in founding Communications Test Design, Inc. With roots tracing
back to the Parsons’ family garage in West Chester, PA, CTDI was
destined for unprecedented success, steadily growing from an electronic
depot repair company into an international telecommunications service
provider, with over 3,100 employees in 33 locations worldwide.
As
President and CEO of CTDI (1987 - 2005), Jerry led the company through
the dynamic telecom landscape with an unwavering commitment to strategic
diversification, technological innovation and service quality. As
a result of these winning strategies, CTDI is now recognized as a
premier service provider and strategic partner in the telecom service
arena. Building on the company's groundbreaking service models in
North America, which include strategic OEM partnerships and a strong
commitment to web-based IT platforms, Jerry has successfully positioned
CTDI as a global service provider to telecom manufacturers and carriers
alike. As CTDI's customers adjust to market demands and
cross-technological and geographic borders in the race for global market
share, Jerry's vision is for CTDI to serve as a reliable, world-class
partner in the repair service arena.
Community Leadership
Jerry applies his leadership skills to many
community and civic organizations. He serves as a member of the
Archdiocese of Philadelphia Board of Education and is the Chairman of
the Archdiocese’s Planning Committee along with being a member of the
Diocese's Financial Council. In 2003, Jerry played an
instrumental role in the development and launch of Sponsor A Student,
the Archdiocese’s tuition assistance program. Jerry has also served as
President of the Bishop Shanahan High School Advisory Board, where his
leadership was a key driver in building a new, 1,600 student Catholic
High School in Chester County, PA. Today, Jerry serves as a member of
the St. Elizabeth Board of Education where he chairs the Development
Committee and also serves as Co-Chair of the Building Committee for the
St. Elizabeth Catholic Education Center and Parish School. In
addition, Jerry currently serves on the School of Engineering Advisory
Board for Fairfield University.
Jerry is an
active member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Chester County
and in 2004, Jerry and his wife, Eleanor, were selected as Co-Chairs of
the United Way of Chester County’s Alexis de Tocqueville Society (ADT).
In addition to these roles, Jerry is a member of the Board of Directors
at Stonebridgebank.com and has volunteered his time over the last eight
years as a basketball coach for SS Philip and James Elementary School in
Exton, PA.
Recognition
In October 2004, The National Catholic
Educational Association awarded Jerry the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Award
for his personal devotion to Catholic Education. Jerry also received
the Papal honor of Sir Gregory the Great for his distinguished service
to Catholic education. United Way of Chester County awarded Jerry its
Chairman’s Award for outstanding community impact. In 1997, Jerry was
the recipient of the Chester County Development Council’s Business Hall
of Fame Award and was one of the finalists for “Entrepreneur of the
Year” in the Delaware Valley.
Jerry and his wife of 28 years, Eleanor,
reside in Chester Springs, PA and have three children, Brian, Katie and
Michael.
Leo
Parsons
President &
COO
Leo Parsons
joined CTDI in June 1982 after graduating from Pennsylvania State
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Leo began his career with CTDI as an electrical engineer responsible for
development and maintenance of computerized test systems for
telecommunications plug-ins. Leo helped develop CTDI’s test and repair
capabilities, providing the basis for CTDI’s “One-Stop” Strategy. Leo
oversaw the establishment of CTDI’s Strategic Repair and Logistics
Centers (SRC’s.), as CTDI expanded its network of repair facilities
across North America.
Leadership
Leo currently serves as CTDI’s President & COO,
with responsibility for overseeing all operational and profitability
matters for the corporation. Prior to his appointment as President & COO
in 2005, Leo served as CTDI’s Executive Vice President, responsible for
growing and managing CTDI’s Wireless and E&I divisions, as well as
overseeing CTDI’s Information Technology Organization. Under his
leadership, CTDI’s Wireless and E&I Divisions have grown into
significantly, providing world-class service solutions to
the telecommunications industry’s leading carrier and OEM customers
across the globe.
Community
Leo has been
involved as a volunteer with the West Chester Area YMCA since 1994 and
even served as their Chairman of the Board for two years. In 1998, he
was honored with the West Chester Area YMCA Volunteer of the Year
Award. Leo is now serving on the Brandywine Valley YMCA Corporate Board
of Directors. Leo is an active member of the Bishop Shanahan High
School Advisory Board and recently served as Chair of the Forever Green,
Forever Growing BSHS Capital Campaign. Leo is also a member of the
Board of Directors at Stonebridge Bank. He is active in his local
church as Eucharistic Minister and CYO basketball coach.
David Burt
Vice President of CTDI International
Dave Burt joined CTDI in 1986 in the D4
department and held numerous management positions within CTDI’s wireline
and wireless divisions. In 1995, Dave moved to the United Kingdom where
he served as Branch Manager for our Milton Keynes, United Kingdom
operation. After three years, Dave returned to headquarters and was
appointed Director of Wireless Services in West Chester in 1999. In
2002, CTDI entered into a joint venture with Deutsche Telekom to form
CTDI Nethouse Services and Dave was appointed CEO of CTDI Nethouse
Services that same year. Dave spent four years in Germany expanding
CTDI’s presence in the EMEA region and building our international
customer base. Upon his return West Chester, Dave was appointed Vice
President - CTDI International and is now responsible for establishing
CTDI’s presence in key areas around the globe, developing and
diversifying CTDI’s capabilities to serve global customers, and attain
profitability goals.
Community
Dave supports his community as a member of the Chester County United Way
Impact Team focusing on Children and Youth and also as an Inaugural
Participant in Chester County Leadership Connection (CCLC) sponsored by
the United Way, Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry and West
Chester University.
Duane
D. Knecht
Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
Duane Knecht
graduated from Widener University with an Engineering Degree in 1981 and
became a Design Engineer with GAI-Tronics Corporation in 1981. While
there, he developed and designed mechanical packaging for Key/PBX
telephone systems from conception to production. He also established a
format for computerized estimating procedures for standard and special
equipment. After leaving GAI-Tronics, Duane advanced quickly with Unisys
Corporation in various management positions and continued designing
numerous systems within the Manufacturing and Operations Departments,
resulting in significant cost savings in several areas of the
corporation. While at Unisys, Duane piloted extensive efforts related
to the production and cost-reductive design and end-to-end manufacturing
of printed circuit board manufacturing.
Leadership
Duane started with CTDI in September of 1989 as Director of Quality,
resulting in a complete overhaul and upgrade of CTDI’s Quality System.
Under Duane’s leadership, CTDI has achieved many awards from our client
base in the areas of Quality and Cost Services. He embarked upon and
achieved ISO 9001 registration from Bellcore. He has actively
participated in several industry forums including QuEST, RQM’s
Standards, as well as several MWBE committees, to name a few.
As Vice President of Sales, Marketing and
Customer Service for CTDI since 1997, Duane’s responsibilities include
total customer relationship management and overall business growth
through the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and
the expansion of existing relationships and the development of new
strategic relationships. One of his primary objectives has been to
develop CTDI’s OEM relationships to better serve our end-user
customers. In addition to the sales and marketing team, Duane’s
organization includes the program management group, which is responsible
for the overall profit and loss for particular lines of business, and
CTDI’s Quality Organization, which serves as the foundation for CTDI’s
Quality System, meeting the telecommunication’s industry standards and
exceeding our customer’s quality expectations.
Community
Duane is an active volunteer for various community events and is a
committed member of Bishop Shanahan High School’s Annual Auction
Committee. Each year, Duane and his wife, Patty, organize the Holiday
Hope Chest, a store that opens its doors once a year at the Chester
County Intermediate Unit for local residents to shop, free of charge,
for new and unused clothing, toys, accessories, and electronics. Duane
is a leadership contributor to the United Way of Chester County.

Joseph Bendinelli, Jr.
Vice President Engineering & Installation Services
Joe Bendinelli graduated from Villanova University in 1983 with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduation,
Joe continued to pursue his academic career and returned to his alma
mater to obtain his MBA in 1987.
Leadership
Joe quickly rose up in the ranks at CTDI, contributing to the
development of CTDI’s test and repair capabilities as a Senior Engineer
and the Director of Repair Service Development. It was in this technical
leadership role that Joe focused on supporting the growth of CTDI’s core
repair business. Joe led the Engineering Team in the development of
various systems and processes, which were critical to establishing
CTDI’s strong technical repair portfolio. In 1998, Joe was appointed the
Director of Engineering & Installation Services, responsible for over
200 telecommunications professionals in CTDI’s E&I Organization.
Under his guidance, the E&I Division continues to provide the
telecommunications industry with a full range of services for the
central office, cell site, remote terminal and CPE environments.
In 2005, Joe was appointed to Vice President of the Engineering and
Installation Division.
Community
Joe has participated in various events supporting the United Way of
Chester County, volunteering hours of his time to assist with CTDI’s
Annual Kick-Off Event and other campaign activities. Joe and his wife,
Christine, are members of the Planning Committee for the Chester County
Hospital’s May Festival. Joe is also an active member of the Central
Atlantic Lacrosse League, competing in games and tournaments throughout
the entire east coast and is an enthusiastic fan of all Philadelphia
based sports teams!
Eric
Miller
Vice President, Supply
Prior to his 1987 graduation from
Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing,
Eric Miller served in the United States Navy for 4½ years on two Nuclear
Submarines specializing in Communications/Electronics. Eric also holds
an Associate’s Degree from Delaware County Community College in Business
Administration.
Leadership
Eric joined CTDI in 1988 serving as the Wireless Sales and
Operations Manager, resulting in the expansion of CTDI’s regional
consumer wireless activity. As the growing needs of the wireline
telecommunications industry changed, Eric shifted his role to CTDI’s
Surplus Division as Operations Manager. In this capacity, CTDI
established itself as a premier Supplier of Refurbished
telecommunications equipment throughout the United States. In 1992,
Eric was named the Director, and in August 2000, promoted to Vice
President of Supply. Under Eric’s leadership, CTDI has reached new
levels, providing innovative, best-in-class “End to End” Supply Chain
Management, equipment and services solutions. Currently, Eric is focused
on maximizing CTDI’s strategic technical and logistical services to our
worldwide customer base, with an emphasis on New Product Integration and
Deployment Solutions. Additionally, Eric serves as a corporate
representative on CTDI’s internal and external diversity organizations.
Community Services
Eric actively supports his Church’s Local Community Mission and
Methodist Growth programs, and community Public and Charter School
Associations. Eric is a leadership contributor to the United Way of
Chester County.

Paul Cardell
Vice President, Wireless Division
Paul graduated with honors from St. Joseph’s
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Paul spent
the next 20 years working in the consumer products industry in various
sales and marketing positions and was successful in building
relationships while working at the executive level with many of the
world’s largest retail companies.
Leadership
Paul joined CTDI in 2000 as CTDI’s Sales
Manager for our Wireline Repair and Logistics business, responsible for
the overall management of CTDI’s business relationships with all RBOC
customers, independent telecommunications companies and many key OEM
customers. In 2003, Paul’s attention shifted to our growing Wireless
Division, through his appointment as the Director of Wireless Sales,
Marketing and Customer Service. In this role, Paul’s concentration
focused on further developing strategies to build CTDI’s business in the
fast-growing wireless industry and to strengthen CTDI’s
existing customer relationships with wireless
carriers and OEM’s.
In August of 2004, Paul was appointed to the
newly-created position of Vice President, Wireless Division, where he
has overall responsibility for the performance of CTDI’s business with
wireless customers and technologies. In his new role, Paul’s focus
continues to be on building CTDI’s customer relationships while also
insuring the Wireless Division achieves its financial and profitability
objectives. Paul is also charged with developing and executing the
strategic growth plan to insure that CTDI’s service offerings and
technical capabilities are keeping pace with the ever-evolving and
fast-growing wireless telecommunications marketplace.
Community
Paul supports his
community by volunteering as a coach for youth sports programs. Paul is
also a leadership contributor to the United Way of Chester County.

Barry Young
Vice President, Wireline Division
In 1985, Barry began his
career at CTDI as a technician and held several Wireless Program
Management positions before being appointed Director of Wireless in
1996. In 1999, Barry took on the new role of Director of Strategic
Logistics and responsible for CTDI’s global Avaya and Nortel programs.
Barry was appointed Vice President, Wireline Division in 2004 and now
has responsibility for all divisional operational and financial aspects.
Larry Morgan
Chief Financial Officer
Larry Morgan
graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Accounting, and became a Certified Public Accountant
in 1984 upon the completion of the two-year experience requirement.
Prior to joining CTDI, Larry worked for eight years in public
accounting, seven of which were with Elko, Fischer, McCabe & Rudman,
Ltd. (EFMR). As a supervisor with EFMR, Larry conducted audits and
review of some of the company’s largest clients. In addition, Larry
prepared all corporate tax filing related to those clients.
Leadership
Larry joined CTDI in 1990 as Controller, and was directly
responsible for all of CTDI’s inventories and all financial reporting
for the Supply Division. In March 1995, he was promoted to Chief
Financial Officer, responsible for all financial aspects and reporting
of the company.
Professional
Affiliations
Larry serves as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. Larry is an active supporter of the Westtown Little League
and a leadership contributor to United Way of Chester County.
Howard Sundwall
Chief Information
Officer
Howard Sundwall began his career at NYNEX /
Bell Atlantic, where he spent more than 15 years in a variety of
information technology assignments ranging from computer operations and
programming to director-level management of mainframe billing systems.
Having joined CTDI in 1998, he serves as Chief Information Officer of
CTDI’s IT department, with direct responsibility for systems, software,
servers and network facilities around the world. Howard’s team maintains
and enhances CTDI’s web-enabled integrated supply chain systems that
record millions of transactions per year and interface extensively with
customer systems. Under Howard’s leadership, CTDI has undertaken major
upgrades to computer facilities, installed a new network infrastructure
worldwide, developed over sixty customer-facing web portals and made a
major leap forward into the eCommerce sphere. Howard has an
undergraduate degree from the City College of New York and a Masters
Degree in Finance from St. John’s University.
Community Service
Howard currently teaches at both
West Chester University and Immaculata University, where he developed
and teaches courses in software development and IT ethics and the law.
Howard also serves as President of the Board of Trustees of West
Chester Public Library, and most recently as the chair of its capital
campaign committee, which raised over two million dollars to renovate
the library’s 120-year old building in downtown West Chester.
John
Buckley
Director of International Operations
John earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Iowa and
an MBA in Finance with a Minor in Operations Management from Illinois
Benedictine College. Upon graduation, John joined
Motorola where he enjoyed a successful 25-year career serving in various
progressive positions including Material Manager for the Component
Products Division, General Manager of Motorola De Centro America in
Costa Rica, Product Operations Manager for the Component Products
Division and Director of Customer Fulfillment.
In November 2001, John and his family relocated from Chicago, Illinois
when John joined CTDI. Since then, John has served as CTDI’s Director of
International Operations with responsibility for CTDI’s Asia Pacific and
Latin America operations and business development.
Additionally, since 2003, John has served as an Advisory Board Member of
the Chester County International Business Council as well as a member of
the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia China Operations Club.
Joe Filiaggi
Director of
West Chester Operations
Joe began his career at CTDI as a
Technician and has been with CTDI for over 25 years serving in numerous
leaderships role of increasing responsibility during his tenure at CTDI,
such as Operations Manager, Branch Manager and Director of Turnaround.
As Director of West Chester Operations since August, 2004, Joe’s core
responsibility is ensuring CTDI West Chester achieves world-class
performance and total customer satisfaction. Joe oversees all repair
and logistics functions at CTDI’s headquarters facility.
Community Service
Joe
volunteers in his community as a Leadership Donor to the Chester County
United Way, a volunteer in CTDI’s Local Campaign, and at CTDI’s Annual
Community Christmas Party for Underprivileged Children in West Chester.
He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and a Eucharistic
Minister.
Jack Growe
Director of
Corporate Quality
Jack
Growe joined CTDI in 1997 as Director of Quality Assurance and is
currently positioned as Director of Corporate Quality. In addition to
his overall responsibility for CTDI’s Quality Management systems and
implementation of corporate policies and controls, Jack is charged with
ensuring that all CTDI internal policies and metrics are aligned to
comply with the TL 9000 and ISO 9001:2000 certification programs and to
create the highest service and product quality for CTDI’s global
customer base. Jack serves as a senior member of the American Society
for Quality (ASQ) and is a founding work group member supporting QuEST
(Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications) Leadership
forum. Jack is a certified as an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2000 and
is certified by the QuEST forum for TL 9000 quality system requirements
and metric auditing.
Community Service
In the past, Jack performed as President of Heather Meadows Community
Association in Hatfield, Pa and is currently a licensed soccer coach
supporting the Deep Run Valley soccer association in Hilltown, Pa. Jack
is an active participant in CTDI’s corporate United Way Campaign.
Chris Howe
Director of
Accounting
Chris Howe graduated from University of
Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1989. Prior to
joining CTDI as an Assistant Controller in April, 1994, Chris worked at
Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Litigation/Accounting Consultant and
Auditor. Shortly after joining CTDI, Chris was appointed Controller and
is presently the Director of Accounting and Controller. Chris’s main
responsibility is to manage overall coordination of Finance and related
administrative services for CTDI’s domestic and international business
operations including financial reporting and planning, customer/vendor
relationship management, and risk management and treasury.
Community Service
Presently, in conjunction with the United
Way of Chester County, Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry
and West Chester University, Chris is currently enrolled in the Chester
County Leadership Connection (CCLC)
Board Development Program, a comprehensive leadership-training program
for Chester County non-profit boards. In addition, Chris also enjoys
volunteering as a coach for his children’s sports teams.
Joe Lutza
Director of
Operations
Before
joining CTDI in 1990, Joe graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1982. He then began his
career with Texas Instruments while completing his Masters Degree in Production
and Operations Management at the University of North Texas in 1989. Joe started
at CTDI as the Manufacturing Manager and, in 1992, he assumed the role of Branch
Operations Support Manager. In 1995, Joe was appointed the Manager of Branch
Operations and advanced to the position of Director of Operations in 1996. In
this role, Joe’s primary focus is to insure that CTDI achieves its financial and
profitability objectives through the daily management of its 23 North American
branches. Joe is also responsible for CTDI’s leased facilities, CTDI-owned
facility expansions, capital investments, corporate budgeting and forecasting.

Presently, in
conjunction with the United Way of Chester County, Chester County Chamber of
Business and Industry and West Chester University, Joe is currently enrolled in
the Chester County Leadership Connection (CCLC) Board Development Program, a

Dewey O'Donnell
Director of
Supply Sales
Dewey O’Donnell began at CTDI in 1987 as the
ARV Auditor in West Chester after graduating from Drexel University.
Early in his career, Dewey worked in CTDI’s supply and repair
organizations prior to relocating to Orange, Connecticut to manage the
start-up of CTDI’s Orange, CT SRC. In 1997, Dewey returned to West
Chester as the Supply Sales Manager and, in 2000, he was promoted to his
current position as Director of Supply. His responsibilities include
the sales and marketing of all supply products including eBusiness.

Jim O'Hara
Director of
Marketing
Jim O’Hara graduated
from West Chester University in 1985 with a degree in graphic design and
marketing. After 12 years in the marketing and advertising field, Jim
joined CTDI’s Marketing Department in 1997. In 1999, Jim was appointed
Manager of Marketing and in 2004 Jim was promoted to his current
position of Director of Marketing. Jim has overall responsibility for
CTDI’s corporate marketing, advertising and public relations. Under
Jim’s direction, the marketing department executes customer meetings,
RFP responses and tradeshows in support of CTDI’s five divisions for
CTDI’s Executive Management and Sales organization.
Community Service
Jim is an
active supporter of CTDI community projects involving the United Way of
Chester County, the ADT Society of Chester County, the YMCA and the
Shine Organization supporting Cancer Care. Jim is a 2005 graduate of
the United Way’s Chester County Leadership Connection (CCLC) board
development program. He is also involved in the Archdiocese of
Philadelphia by supporting the Board of Education, the Legacy of Faith
capital campaign, the Sponsor A Student program, and most recently the
St. Francis Executive Campaign. In addition, Jim also coaches various
sports for Springfield Athletic Association.
Conrad Olie
Director of
Human Resources and Administration
Conrad Olie graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania,
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics. Conrad began
his professional career at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., in
Allentown, Pennsylvania, in accountant, financial analyst and internal
auditor roles. He subsequently served in the Corporate Policies and
Practices Department, and then joined the Human Resources Department as
Manager of HR Systems and Administration. Following 13 years at Air
Products, Conrad joined Meritor Financial Group in Philadelphia, first
as a corporate policy consultant and then as Manager of Employee
Programs.
Leadership
Conrad joined CTDI in 1989 and has served as CTDI’s Director of Human
Resources and Administration. Conrad’s responsibilities extend to
overall management of the Human Resources, Risk Management, Safety,
Facilities, and Security functions. His HR focus centers on management
of CTDI’s compensation and benefit programs, overseeing CTDI’s domestic
payroll administration and its employee health, life, disability and
401(k) profit sharing plans.
Community Service
Currently, Conrad serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Chester County Economic Development Council, where he previously served
as Second Vice Chair, Treasurer, and chair of the Human Resources
Committee. He also serves on the Human Resources Committee of the Upland
Country Day School Board of Trustees and is involved in several ways
with the United Way of Chester County.
Mo Paknejad
Director of
Engineering
Mo joined CTDI’s team in 1983 as an Engineer
and has been instrumental in advancing our technical capabilities
throughout our branch network. Mo progressed through several
assignments of increasing complexity and management responsibility prior
to his appointment as Director of Engineering in 1999. In this
capacity, Mo is responsible for leading CTDI’s engineering teams in the
development of new test and repair capabilities for wireline and
wireless products. In addition, Mo and his team focus on the design of
automated test platforms to support the repair of new technologies as
well as provide technical support to our customers.
Community Service
Mo dedicates his time to a wide range of
community activities including Leadership Mentor, Youth Education
Sponsor and Mentor, Youth Soccer Coach, Elderly Welfare Sponsor, United
Way Sponsor, and Red Cross Sponsor.
Brian Parsons
Director of
Products Division
Brian joined CTDI in 2001 as an engineer
focused on CTDI’s Async product family and its transition from Nortel
Networks. In 2002 Brian expanded his responsibilities, becoming
engineering manager for CTDI’s UE600 IAD portfolio, followed by the IMAS
DSLAM product line in 2003. Brian was promoted to his current position
as Director – Products Division in 2004. He is responsible for the
division’s engineering, sales, operations, and overall strategy for
growth through product development and acquisition. He oversaw CTDI’s
recent acquisitions of GoDigital in 2006 and the eLuminant product line
from Zhone in 2005. Brian received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Brian also holds a
Finance and Accounting Certificate from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania and a Wireless Telecommunications Certificate
from Georgia Tech and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Wharton
School in Philadelphia.

Brian is a member of the United Way Alexis
de Tocqueville Society and an active volunteer in the United Way Days of
Caring.
Kevin Parsons
Director of
Sprint Nextel Programs
Kevin Parsons joined CTDI following his
graduation from Virginia Tech in 1998. Kevin began his career at CTDI
working in CTDI's Engineering and Installation Division as a Project
Coordinator and Operations Supervisor. In 2002, Kevin was appointed E&I
Divisional Manager - Operations, responsible for all aspects of E&I
Operations in West Chester, PA; Wilkes-Barre, PA; Tinley Park, IL and
Bloomfield, CT. In August 2004, Kevin was promoted to Director of
Wireless Handset Repair, with responsibility for the operation and
profitability of this segment of CTDI’s wireless business. Since
January, 2005, Kevin has served as Director Sprint Nextel Programs with
direct accountability for meeting program performance objectives and
business relationship development. In addition, Kevin also has P&L
responsibility for CTDI’s West Chester Wireless Repair Operations. Kevin
is currently pursuing his Executive MBA from Villanova University.
Community Service
Kevin is an active participant in CTDI’s
corporate United Way Campaign.
Nick Policastro
Director of
Customer Satisfaction
Nick has recently joined
CTDI in 2006 fulfilling the newly created position Director of Customer
Satisfaction. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that we
provide our customers with world class performance and the CTDI meets
each program’s unique service level requirements. Nick graduated from
Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ in 1975 with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Chemistry and later held responsible positions at both
Reckitt Benckiser Inc. and C&D Technologies. Nick is also a senior
member of the American Society of Quality and is registered as a
Certified Quality Manager with ASQ. He additionally served as Internal
United Way of North Jersey Coordinator for Reckitt Benckiser having led
several successful annual drives. Nick is married with three daughters,
two step-daughters and two granddaughters
Marylou Starner
Director of AT&T
Programs
Marylou Starner
earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University
in 1983 and joined CTDI in February 1987.
Leadership
From the onset,
Marylou progressed rapidly through several assignments of increasing
responsibility in CTDI’s Marketing Department. She was named
Director of Marketing in 1992 and was responsible for the full scope
of CTDI’s marketing activities.
In 1999, Marylou
was appointed to the position of Director of Strategic Planning. In
this capacity, Marylou worked closely with the rest of the executive
management team to evaluate new business ventures for CTDI with new
and existing customers. While pursuing these opportunities, Marylou
was responsible for ensuring that CTDI’s corporate vision and
direction remained intact as CTDI expanded its scope of services for
its telecommunications customer base. Marylou was a key player in
CTDI’s acquisition of Nortel’s ASYNC, UE IMAS and IAD product lines
and instrumental in CTDI’s joint venture with Deutsche Telekom,
which resulted in the formation of CTDI Nethouse Services in
Europe.
In November 2006,
Marylou was appointed Director of AT&T Programs. In this role,
Marylou has primary responsibility for the management, growth and
satisfaction of this key CTDI customer.
Community Service
An advocate of the
United Way, Marylou is committed to raising awareness and
participation in CTDI’s annual United Way Campaign. Marylou is a
graduate of the Chester County Leadership Connection, a
comprehensive leadership training program designed specifically to
support and enhance non-profit boards in Chester County. Marylou
also volunteers at Safe Harbor of Greater West Chester.
Vahik Zohrabian
Director of
Data Network Services
Leadership
Vahik
received a dual Associate’s degree in Engineering and Electronic
Technologies from Delaware County Community College and later a Bachelor
of Science degree from Widener University. He is continuing his
education at Widener University major in Electrical Telecom Engineering.
Vahik joined CTDI in 1989 as a technician, and has held a variety of
positions throughout his career with CTDI. Vahik served as CTDI United
Kingdom Branch Manager from 1995 through 1997. Most recently, Vahik held
the position of Business Development Manager in the Sales and Marketing
organization. In December, 2006, Vahik was appointed as Director of Data
and Network Services. In this role, Vahik has primary responsibility for
the development and expansion of CTDI’s Data Network Services
marketplace and capabilities with Cisco distribution, repair,
configuration and technical support services.
Community Service
Vahik is
also involved with his church’s charity programs and is also a
leadership contributor to the United Way of Chester County.
Doug Duey
Director of
Motorola Repair and Logistics
Doug joined CTDI in 1984 as a technician and
held several program management positions before being promoted to
Branch Manager Nashville in 1999. As Branch Manager, Doug was
responsible for the transition of the Nashville Branch with 250
employees from Nortel. Doug’s area of responsibility was expanded to
include Bessemer AL, and Duluth GA facilities in March 2005, with his
appointment to Southeast District Manager. In October 2005, Doug was
appointed Director of Motorola Repair and Logistics responsibility for
the operation of CTDI Elgin, CTDI’s largest facility outside our
headquarters operation. In addition, Doug has responsibility for all of
the service programs provided to Motorola from CTDI Elgin including
distribution of two-way radio and parts and accessories, as well as the
repair of two-way subscriber and wireless infrastructure products. Doug
also has overall accountability for CTDI’s customer service performance
and Elgin’s P&L responsibility. Additionally Doug is very involved in
his community.
Community Service
Doug volunteers his time, as a Little League Baseball Coach
and is an active member of United Way in Elgin, Chicago.
Glenn Schoener
Director of
Employee Relations
Glenn Schoener graduated
from St. Joseph’s University and spent the next eleven years gaining
human resources industry experience with other organizations. In 1989,
Glenn joined CTDI as the Employee Relations Manager and was later
promoted to Director of Employee Relations. His responsibilities
include overseeing employee relations, employment, corporate policies
and procedures, all international employment relations, and mergers and
acquisitions.
Community Service
Despite
frequent traveling, Glenn has been heavily involved in the United Way of
Chester County, serving on their Allocations Committee. Internally,
Glenn and his team head up CTDI’s Corporate United Way Campaign.
Greg Sayler
Director of
Tellabs Programs
Greg Sayler joined CTDI
in August, 1983, as a shipping and receiving manager in CTDI’s grid
department and moved to production later that year. As CTDI grew and
expanded our service capabilities, Greg expanded his areas of expertise
and started CTDI’s Asset Record Verification (ARV) and Advanced Board
Replacement (ABR) programs. In January of 1995, Greg was named Director
of ABR/OLR Programs. As CTDI’s customer base expanded, Greg was
instrumental in the start-up for three of CTDI’s SRCs – Orange,
Connecticut in August, 1995; Bessemer, Alabama in 1996, and Cincinnati,
Ohio in 1999. In August, 2002, Greg transitioned to the Wireless
Division upon his appointment to Director of Wireless Services, where he
was responsible for CTDI’s repair distribution and fulfillment
operations across the country. In May, 2005, Greg returned to the
Wireline Division as the Director of Bell South and Tellabs Programs.
In November 2006, with the increase of the Tellabs Program, Greg's focus
was shifted becoming the Director of Tellabs Programs. With Greg’s
dedicated focus on this customer and his past experience managing he
will dedicate his efforts to growing the business in the repair and
logistics program.

Greg is
involved in his local church and is a supporter of the United Way of
Chester County.
