AccessNode Product family

Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI) is pleased to announce that we have
acquired the AccessNode product family from Zhone Technologies, effective
December 28, 2007. This includes the AccessNode, AccessNode Express and the UE
9000 products. Moving forward, CTDI will provide AccessNode customers with
world-class service and support including new product manufacturing, design,
repair and return services and 24x7 technical support.
These services will leverage
CTDI’s extensive product sustainment expertise which is supported by 38 global
facilities and over 3,700 telecom employees. CTDI has in-depth experience
acquiring, transitioning and supporting Telecom products. Since 2001, CTDI has
acquired and supported several OEM product lines such as Nortel’s Async, IADs
and DSLAM products. CTDI also acquired GoDigital as well as the eLuminant
product family. These acquisitions, coupled with CTDI’s engineering design
expertise, have created a powerful and comprehensive product service portfolio.
This includes our Fiber Optic product family which includes WDM Couplers, Patch
Cables and ADSL2+ extension products for triple play deployment.

CTDI Acquires
GoDigital Networks

West Chester, PA & Fremont,
CA., (July 3,
2006) Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI), the
largest independent global telecommunications repair and logistics provider,
announced today that it has acquired all assets of
GoDigital Networks the leading supplier of line-powered broadband network
access products in North America. The announcement was made by CTDI Chairman &
CEO Jerry Parsons, and became effective June 30, 2006.
Under the terms of the
agreement, CTDI will continue to design, manufacture, sell and support GoDigital-branded
products, primarily the XCel product family, and will assume ongoing product
life-cycle management responsibilities. The GoDigital facility in Fremont, CA
will become the newest of CTDI’s thirty-seven (37) locations that comprise their
global network. Frank Akers, President & CEO of GoDigital, will lead the Fremont
branch and its staff, which will focus on R&D, sales and marketing of the
GoDigital products.

Networks strengthens CTDI’s product, repair and service portfolios,” said
Parsons. “CTDI’s
increased capacity in the high-growth Access and Transport markets will benefit
both our OEM and Carrier customers.”

GoDigital Networks designs and
markets telecommunications equipment that facilitates universal broadband
coverage and increases copper access line performance. Products include the
XCel-4a ADSL extension system, that extends the range of existing DSLAMs and
Next Generation Digital Loop Carriers (NGDLCs). GoDigital’s long-range DSL and
multiple voice transmission systems help ILEC’s more fully utilize their
existing copper infrastructure to deliver cost-effective voice services and V.90
Internet access to business and residential subscribers, regardless of their
distance from the central office. GoDigital also provides mechanized loop
testing technology, which enables remote diagnosis of copper line issues. More
than 300 local exchange carriers use GoDigital products, including Qwest,
Verizon, ALLTEL, CenturyTel, TELUS and Iowa Telecom.
CTDI provides maintenance
service solutions to the telecommunications industry, including Wireline Repair
& Logistics, Wireless Repair & Logistics, Engineering and Installation services,
Global Supply Chain solutions, and Product Engineering & Manufacturing. CTDI has
also acquired the eLuminant product line from Zhone Technologies, IAD and DSLAM
products from Nortel as well as the Nortel Async product portfolio.

June 2006 - AT&T (formerly SBC) has honored
CTDI with their 2006 Supplier Recognition Award for Outstanding Performance in
Products and Services. CTDI previously received this award from SBC in 2003 in
recognition of our creative cost management strategy for Plug-In Repair and
Advanced Replacement.
In the award letter, AT&T recognizes CTDI as a premier one-stop service company
for the repair and replacement of all defective plug-ins which provides AT&T
significant cost savings with excellent delivery performance. CTDI’s E&I
Division was also recognized as the only “Cluster Vendor” that was able to
achieve a perfect score on vendor performance throughout 2005, with quality
scores exceeding 100%. In addition, our Advance Board Replacement program
performance was categorized as “stellar”. CTDI’s receipt of this award was
displayed in the June 7th edition of the Wall Street Journal.

CTDI Acquires Motorola Elgin

CTDI Elgin
October 2005 - CTDI expanded its presence and capabilities in the
telecommunications marketplace by acquiring a repair and distribution facility
from Motorola. The world-class operation located in Elgin Illinois
distributes two-way radios, radio parts and accessories. In addition to
distribution this facility repairs Nextel iDEN, 911 emergency systems and
