Project Management: CTDI provides a total project management solution assuring our customers the successful completion of their network build projects. From design through staging to implementation and completion you can be confident your projects are on-time and on-budget. Project SOWs are clearly defined with deliverables and milestones agreed to. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned and real time project status is provided via the Web utilizing CTDI’s internally developed eDGES Project Management application.

Engineering & Design: With over 30 years of experience across a multitude of technologies and a workforce comprised of Engineering professionals across diverse disciplines, CTDI is capable of providing a wide range of comprehensive Engineering & Design services. From traditional Central Office to advanced Data Centers, you can be confident your network design requirements will be satisfied.

Procurement: Leveraging our strategic relationships with suppliers and OEMs, CTDI offers “best-cost” procurement solutions and has the ability to purchase all necessary material and equipment to support any project.

Warehousing: CTDI has the facilities, IT systems and experienced logistics personnel to provide reliable warehousing and inventory control of customer-owned network elements to ensure the timely completion of E&I projects.

Installation & Assembly: CTDI offers installation and assembly for a wide variety of technologies including Transport, Access, Enterprise, Data, Power and Wireless equipment as well as Pre-assembly, Re-cabling and Relocation of equipment bays.

Enterprise Network: CTDI can provide Design, Staging, and Implementation services required for Enterprise Data and Communication systems as well as the installation of Structured Cabling and Infrastructure. Leveraging our Enterprise technical expertise, CTDI will ensure your Enterprise Network is designed, constructed and installed to meet your unique requirements.

Turn-up & Test: CTDI utilizes OEM processes, equipment diagnostics, and functional testing for the effective turn-up of network equipment. CTDI can also provide Data equipment software configuration services.

Web-based Configuration Tools: Customized to our customers’ network requirements, CTDI’s E.Configuration tool streamlines the Rack and Cabinet Assembly order process. Service benefits include standardized deployment of specific technologies, facilitation of equipment configuration designs, access to front and rear elevation drawings and technical specifications as well as real-time order status and tracking.
