Michael Parsons is the COO of CTDI, where he leads the company’s North American operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, engineering innovation, and strategic growth. In this role, he oversees day-to-day performance across the organization and drives key initiatives that enhance CTDI’s technical capabilities. Most recently, he led the launch of the CTDI Elevate.ai Lab and the build-out of the company’s in-house automation team. Under his direction, CTDI achieved significant milestones in warehouse automation solutions for customers, underscoring the company’s commitment to advancing next-generation engineering.
Prior to becoming COO, Michael served as EVP of the Network & Carrier Business Unit. His leadership and expertise helped transform CTDI into an integrated supply chain partner while maintaining technology at the core.
Michael joined CTDI in 2007 as an engineer and in 2010 was appointed Director of the Set-Top Box (STB) Division, where he led the development of transformative testers that positioned CTDI as an industry leader in technical supply chain solutions. His contributions in these areas, along with his business acumen, were instrumental in the STB Division’s continued success, leading to his promotion to VP of the Division in 2013. As VP, Michael led the large-scale expansion of the STB business that fueled a substantial growth in revenue, customer base, and company footprint.
Michael earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fairfield University and an MBA from Villanova University.
Beyond his work at CTDI, Michael is deeply committed to community involvement, with a primary focus on education and STEM related programs. He serves as an active member of the Fairfield University’s School of Engineering Executive Advisory Board, has held several leadership and volunteer roles within local Catholic school and parish communities, and is an active supporter of the Chester County United Way. He also supports the Foundation for Catholic Education and Malvern Prep’s robotics and engineering programs.
Michael and his wife, Christine, live in Chester County and are the proud parents of three children.
